Phoenix Contemporary Textile Group is a dynamic group of 17 artists experimenting with a broad range of materials and techniques including printing, dying, stitching, appliqué, embellishing, papers, fabrics and yarns.

Inspiration for this second exhibition at The Robert Phillips Gallery came from observing modern architecture (1950 to present day). Each artist has researched their own choice of architect or buildings and has produced a unique response to their chosen subject.
