This is a relaxed and friendly course. It offers a combination of techniques such as batik, felting and machine sewing along with more traditional hand embroidery.
On the first day students will only need a pen or pencil to make notes. Claire will have a printed copy of the project to hand out, as the first class is normally a lot of discussion about ways to approach the project.
Riverhouse doesn’t supply materials for the class but Claire can always bring something for people who don’t have relevant bits and bobs at home.

Educational Course Refund Policy
We will process refund requests as follows:
If the request is made more than eight weeks before the course starts, a full refund will be returned, net of online booking charges, if any.
If the request is made less than eight weeks and more than one week before the course starts, a full refund, net of online booking charges, if any and minus a £25 administration fee will be returned.
No refunds will be made if you withdraw from a course less than seven days before the commencement date of the course.
Once a course has begun, we will only consider granting refund requests in exceptional circumstances and any such refunds will be at the discretion of Riverhouse.
