This exhibition offers a compelling blend of past and present, bringing together a selection of David’s recent works alongside highlights from earlier in his career. Exploring the space between image and object, David’s practice investigates the point where structure begins to behave like painting. From iPad studies and directly observed paintings and drawings to abstracted ceramic forms, his work examines how perception shifts as materials and processes change. A dedicated educator for many years, David has taught art to students and adults locally. His work has been exhibited widely across the UK and internationally.
