Art with Feeling: Expressing Creativity in Practice
With Ellie Green – Botanical Artist
Join Ellie Green, celebrated Botanical artist, art teacher and former director of the Surrey Art School, for an inspiring evening exploring the power of intuitive creativity. Drawing on 16 years of experience in arts education, Ellie (MA Ed) shares insights on how art can be a powerful portal for self discovery and expression. In this talk, she reflects on her personal journey of “coming home” to herself, revealing how her artistic practice has evolved into a more intuitive, and personal expression. As she now begins to step back from her role at Surrey Art School, Ellie demonstrates how peeling back layers can help uncover your own creative voice and find fulfilment in the artistic process. This talk celebrates creativity as a conversation between heart, head and hand—encouraging everyone, regardless of experience, to explore art with openness.
