Our headliner is sensational live performer, Yorkshire man, marathon runner and former (double award-winning) Time Out Comedian of the Year, PAUL TONKINSON.
Paul has long upheld his esteemed reputation as one of the finest stand-ups the UK has to offer. With a unique and distinctive style, he is noted for his effervescent physicality and skilful impressions, which bring alive exuberant, tender comic reflections on love, family and the day-to-day idiosyncrasies of 21st century life. A plethora of first class material, combined with tremendous charm and irrepressible, infectious energy make for a formidable talent.
Tonkinson burst into the nations consciousness as a presenter hosting seminal live tele - The Sunday Show on BBC2, Ch. 4’s The Big Breakfast, and also fronted radio shows on XFM in London and Manchester. His first love however has always been stand-up, with numerous TV appearances - BBC One’s Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow and Comedy Central’s The Comedy Store and The World Stands-Up. He has played at comedy festivals around the world including the prestigious Montreal Just For Laughs festival, hosting the esteemed Brit-com Gala. As well as his own UK tour Tonkinson has also worked extensively with Michael McIntyre, supporting him on arena tours across the UK and worldwide.

Our MC is HARRY PETTITT. A gloriously warm and wickedly sharp live act, Essex boy Harry is one of the most exciting prospects to emerge from the UK comedy circuit in years. With quick wit, effortless charm and a gift for relatable storytelling!

Also featuring on the bill is the terrific LES KEEN - purportedly the hardest working (and funniest) man in comedy. Even if you don’t know his face, you’ll have laughed at his sharp gags and catchphrases, think “no likey, no lighty”! Les has writing credits for more than 216 hours of primetime TV shows…and that’s just the tip of the lettuce, sorry, iceberg. He is also a documentary maker, producer, creator and performer; not forgetting his radio and stage work. On top of his decades of experience creating and shaping hit TV comedy shows, Les runs North London’s biggest cabaret night out, the Variety Boutique. While crafting tight sketches, routines and gags for top TV talent, Les is also the master of unscripted stand-up. His live shows are unforgettable, and no two gigs are ever the same.
PLUS, just announced, and introducing the gloriously funny STEPHANIE LAING! Stephanie is a UK-based stand-up comedian, writer, and BBC contributor. Oft likened to performers such as Maria Bamford and Sarah Millican she's a delightful combo of "goofy, peculiar, vulnerable, combining silliness, filth, and open-hearted observations".
