Sherriff Talk - A Story So Elementary – Sherlock Holmes on Screen
Less than 20 years after his first appearance in 1887’s ‘The Study in Scarlet’, Sherlock Holmes was gracing the Silver Screen. This Talk looks at those directors and actors, from across the world, who have attempted successfully…and occasionally not quite so…to bring Arthur Conan Doyle’s most famous creation to the screen.
